This policy explains what information Motown Solutions collects when you visit motownsolutions.com and how it is used. Motown Solutions is a service of Shield Management Inc., an Ohio corporation.

Information you send us

If you send a message from our contact page, email or call us, we use what you share (name, email, phone, company and your message) only to reply and to provide the services you ask about. Messages from the contact page are emailed to our support team through our email delivery provider, SMTP2GO, and a copy is kept on our own server for up to 12 months. We do not sell or rent it. This site has no accounts.

The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It loads only when you start typing in the message form and may process your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.

Analytics and fonts

We use Google Analytics and a lightweight performance measurement script (which reports to core.shieldinvestments.com) to understand which pages are read and how quickly they load. These tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site. Google Analytics sets cookies, which you can block in your browser. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Hosting and security

Our hosting and content delivery providers keep standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Your choices

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@motownsolutions.com.
