About Motown Solutions

Motown Solutions works with small and mid-sized businesses across Metro Detroit: machine shops in Macomb, engineering offices in Troy and Auburn Hills, lenders and agencies downtown, forwarders near the Ambassador Bridge, and medical practices in Dearborn and Southfield. Some have a single office; others have a plant, a warehouse and staff spread over two or three counties.

What we do is shaped by how this region does business. Detroit runs on supply chains, and supply chains run on trust between companies. More and more, that trust comes with a security checklist attached, whether it's an OEM portal, a DFARS clause, a lender's requirements or an insurer's application.

We help companies meet those checklists honestly. That starts with the core controls, MFA, endpoint protection, patching, backups and access reviews, and continues with the day-to-day support that keeps people productive. We document as we go, so the evidence already exists when someone asks for it. When a customer audit or insurance renewal comes around, the job is gathering what's already there rather than building it in a hurry.

We don't believe in scare tactics or in selling more than a company needs. A twelve-person shop and a two-hundred-person supplier have very different requirements, and the plan should reflect that.
